    On Supps you shouldn't rely on the supps to make your gains or losses. Let your diet be the key to bulking or shreeding and leave the supps to added part of your nutrition. I have experienced with this and that and noticed a good diet is the end all be all

    Personally I wasnt very pleased with NO xplode. It worked great right away for the first couple workouts, but I quickly built up a tolerance for it. After about and a week it did nothing for me. I just started on superpump250 about a week ago and i must say so far so good.

    I take beta-alanine from higher power before workouts and protein afterwards. Im gonna start stackin white flood and purple wrath...also i just ordered some syntha-6 and that stuff is really good!
