I started this group because I wanted to help myself and others find friends from the same area who can help motivate one another.
Group Description
This group is for people living in the Bay Area who want to connect with others who share a common interest: Transforming Our Bodies. Drop by and give some support, tips, or own personal stories.
Wether its starting to train for the first time ever or working to compete in a competition, we are all here to transform our bodies and reach personal goals. The goal of this group is to provide support to one another and help eveyone achieve their own fitness goals.
Group Commitment
"Every member of this group committed to..."
Everyone that joins my BodyGroup must be committed to helping all the members reach their goals, staying motivated, and holding each other accountable. By doing this we will live longer and healthier lives for our family, friends, and children. Put in as much effort as you want to get out of this.

Jun 5, 2009 10:28am I usually take some multi vitamins and fish oils and flax seed everyday, but when I lift hard I usually use Optimum Whey. I just tested No-Xplode and Leukic Hardcore. No added pump from it and it turns your urine a crazy neon green-yellow color.

If I forget, I just don't seem to have the same strength. I also do a lot of endurance bike riding and add Branch Chain Amino Acids to some of my electro light replacement drinks. I
