I'm ready to get raw. I've heard raw foodists talk about the mental clarity they've gained...has anyone on here experienced this?

Feeling juicy. Juiced half a gallon or so of various juices and put them in mason jars. Drank half a jar at work and left it in the fridge there. Have four others to drink from.

Yeah, wouldn't it be nice if we had all the gadgets? I know I have all the ones to COOK food with? Crazy... But remember to take your transition one step at a time, and let it come with your journey. I was watching Jenna from SurperCharge me on TV the otherday and she was using a carot peeler for raw zucchini pasta noodles. Yumm I am thinking of getting a BlendTec. My goal of the year.

Had a huge sprout burger today. Lots of mung sprouts, sliced cucumbers and onions. YUM YUM... it was 2/3 of the way raw and I don't feel stuffed. I feel full and totally not hungry. Plus, the best benefit is the good bathroom habit that seems to relieve my cramps.
