Group Description

We are a group of women, supporting one another in reaching our goals. Their is a healthy, beautiful thin woman in all of us and we need to come together to motivate, understand and help one another.

Detailed Goal

We will set small goals. Monthly goals to help us reach our overall goals and transformations. I will do my best to suggest workouts or dieting that might have worked for me. We can all share, with one another what is working or not. We will come together as a group of friends and motivate and check up on each other.

Group Commitment

"Every member of this group committed to..."

Every member of this bodygroup must set monthly goals. We must stay motivated and motivate each other. Check in at least once a week to keep us updated on your progress. We will try to workout at least 3 times a week and eat healthy.

    I entered my new stats. I am challenging myself and all of you to set a goal for THE hardest time of year to lose weight. I am shooting for 125 lbs by January 11,2011 toi break this plateau I've hit. Anyone in?P.S. I will put up new pics tonight or tomorrow.

    I'm glad to hear that you're back on track. I keep falling off that damn wagon!!! I've been doing that P90x...not as consistant as I would like, but I do it several times a week. Plyometrics is no joke!!

    Hey Ladies I hope all is well with everyone. I'm happy to say i'm back on track. I had a virus that kept me sick for almost 3 weeks. But, I have my energy back now and I'm working on a 3 day split for weights and I'm adding plyometrics tomorrow.

    Well, I started the p90x training and let me tell you that it kicks WOW...just doing the warm-up, on my first day, was exhausting..lol. I'm very looking forward to being challenged with every dvd!

    In the meantime, I'm still doing the low carb thing. Now that I'll have the apartment all to myself, I can hopefully workout, in the morning, before going to work.

    Good Morning ladies! Dramaqueen has got me so psyched that I went and ordered PX90. Everyone should go and check out her before and after pics....they are amazing. I cant wait to start the program! :)

    As for myself, I've been doing horrible. Eating sucks and no workouts since July, I think. But all that is about to change this Monday. Thank God!!
