    that depends on how much of those gains are fat just keep an eye on your bf% as long as its in check everything should be fine

    hey guys, i wondering if im gaining too much weight too fast... im 17 (bout to be 18 in about a month) and ive been gaining minimum .2-.3 pounds a day to a little over a half a pound a day. with occasional days where i lose a pound in water weight or so. ive gained 10 pounds in around a month and its not like i lost my abs or vascularity so i want to say its muscle gain..but is it?
