ive started this group because alot of the vetrans will only give the time of day to other vetrans, so us new 2 bodybuilding have a group of people we can ...
our goal in this group is to do at least 3 resistance sessions per week, to eat the correct foods and to back each other up all the way! if you are not willing to put the time in to check up on the other people in the group this is not the group 4 you!

Jun 25, 2009 9:25pm I dreaded cardio 2 months ago... That is until I discovered HITT. Plus, I realized that even though I was gaining muscle, I was not losing weight and my goal of getting ripped was not happening. If you look at my weight, I have dropped 10 pounds in a month. Hope to drop another 5 to 10 pounds.
