Detailed Goal

our goal in this group is to do at least 3 resistance sessions per week, to eat the correct foods and to back each other up all the way! if you are not willing to put the time in to check up on the other people in the group this is not the group 4 you!

    So, I have been doing shrugs quite a bit since I last asked a question about how to do them properly. I just gotta say that the traps are becoming one of my favorites muscles. I am finally starting to see them develop.

    thanx id def do more cardio i added sauna to and a lot of aerobics to help with the body ton and im hoping by the end of july i can get where i want and ps what is hitt

    I dreaded cardio 2 months ago... That is until I discovered HITT. Plus, I realized that even though I was gaining muscle, I was not losing weight and my goal of getting ripped was not happening. If you look at my weight, I have dropped 10 pounds in a month. Hope to drop another 5 to 10 pounds.
