Our goal is to support each other in any way we can reach our individuals goals. Fitness goals are difficult for most of us and having a group with something in common (such as love for Beverly supps!) will be a great source of motivation and support.

Sep 3, 2009 8:17am I have heard nothing but great things about Quadracarn. Stacking with Synergy seems to be very beneficial as well. I have not tried it yet but, have several friends who fight MMA that swear by it. The combo has increased their strength and recovery.

Jul 16, 2009 2:09am Hey how's it going guys. New to the group. I've tried Muscle Mass, Synergy, Density and the Cookies and Cream Protein Shake. Great results from Muscle Mass and the protein shake was the best I've ever had.
