Sep 25, 2009 4:01pm Hi every one. Giving this bodyspace thing a try. Don't have much of a bodybuilding support system locally. I have been working out and taking supplements for a long time. Have had a recent problem with motivation because of my first child. I couldn’t imagine how much more difficult it would be. But then I realized my physical fitness is even more important to him than it ever was to me.

Jul 6, 2009 6:06pm My progress has been slowed due to a toe injury. I am still making progress, so not upset. The injury is 90 % healed, but still tender in two spots. I am still getting my workouts in, lifts are great, runs are tough. Through it all, the fat is dropping. 3 lbs this week and its bye to the 400's.

Jun 12, 2009 1:57pm Yesterday I weighed in at 180. That's a lot of weight loss for me. I just hope it's not all muscle loss. I can do cardio and leg workouts. Thats just about it for now.

Jun 11, 2009 4:07pm Is there anything else you can do? Can you still train lower body with machines, etc.? I know how you feel, I broke my hand a year ago and had a cast on all summer long. Needless-to-say, my right arm/delt got a ton of work.

Jun 7, 2009 3:53pm Sorry. I've been off weights for almost a month. Chiropractor ordered shoulder and elbow rest. So visiting the site is almost depressing for now. Just focusing on cardio.
