Jun 8, 2009 11:40am Greetings all ... I am 57 years of age and I'm in the best physical condition I have been in for years and years. Working out "harder" but also working out "smarter" is certainly giving me positive results. Glad to be part of this Group.

Jun 6, 2009 10:26pm If you are seeking muscle mass, I would keep the cardio at no more than 30 minutes and only 3 times a week. If you workout in the pm, try to do cardio in the am, or vice versa. If time doesn't allow for this then try 20-30 minutes of cardio after training sessions.

Jun 1, 2009 2:43pm Hello all, just wanted to say hi and get some advice about gaining muscle while losing fat. im in the military and just finished my weigh in so i am free to grow again....ugh so weak without my supplements. i wanted to get peeps opinion about do cardio right after lifting, or wait to do it later so i didn't over do it.
