Anyone know any good magizines?
What kind of supplements do yall use?
I mainly drink/take pills of creatine and i drink whey and eat protein bars. i also drink ensure food supplements.

I also separate them but i do each of them twice in a week. in almost 70% of the exercises you do (excluding legs) you work your arms in some fashion. i need the rest of my body to catch up KEEP IT UP AND GAINNNNNNNNNN!!!

I usually do back and bis, chest and tris. i like seperating them. I dont think it matters to much just hit arms hard heavy weight and eaat those calories and theyll grow.

I really want my arms 2 get bigger quicker...is working biceps and triceps together good for it or should i do one on one day and the other another day. let me know what your thoughts are =D!
