    Anyone know any good magizines? What kind of supplements do yall use? I mainly drink/take pills of creatine and i drink whey and eat protein bars. i also drink ensure food supplements.

    I also separate them but i do each of them twice in a week. in almost 70% of the exercises you do (excluding legs) you work your arms in some fashion. i need the rest of my body to catch up KEEP IT UP AND GAINNNNNNNNNN!!!

    I usually do back and bis, chest and tris. i like seperating them. I dont think it matters to much just hit arms hard heavy weight and eaat those calories and theyll grow.

    I really want my arms 2 get bigger quicker...is working biceps and triceps together good for it or should i do one on one day and the other another day. let me know what your thoughts are =D!

    My arms are up to 15.3 almost an inch since i joined bodyspace.

    Stayin between 188 and 190 u addded more protein and carbs to my diet but no more mass yet. I started at 170 five months ago this is my first plateau since i started back up agian.

    ATM, since summer is arriving, i am back 2 boxing and really trying to just keep shredded. Bulking didn't really work great for me. I have a high metabolism since i'm still really young. Will most definetly try again after summer though.
