Hi, every one, I have red the book nd will be starting the transformation, however can anybody please help me with the list of supplements to be taken. I m also confused between kris gethin 12 weeks trainer nd this program. can anybody please explain me why there is so much difference in the workout frequency are these two separate programs ??? Thanks. Taj

Hey everyone !! happy transformation !! I have started the plan since a week and i am confused as to how to go about the cardio .. Is it only fast walking or jogging also can be done and please if anyone could suggest an approximate speed level that should be followed as to not over- do the cardio !

Kris, Thank YOU very much for a great program and diet plan. I lost 33lb in 5 weeks and feel GREAT like never before. Still have 7 weeks to go to the end of competition. I know that I am a WINNER regardless if I win the prize or not. Getting my body and health condition in shape is already WIN.
