iam on day 83 now, It doesnt realy feel its the end of a program.. it realy feels its the start of a healthy lifestyle, and i have submitted all the pics from each week, my transformation would have been alot better if i did not make any mistakes, although i did have a great transformation.

I joined bodyspace after reading "Body by Design" and I'm hoping this support group can fill the void of my friends that used to push me towards a healthier lifestyle. I don't have much of a support group right now and I could really use the accountability. So if you would like to help in anyway, I would appreciate it more than you know.

Just started doing the Body by Design workouts today. Anyone have any tips for someone currently deployed to a combat zone? Not sure how I'll be able to only eat certain things that are in the book. Thanks!

Hey wesjames97 - Congrats on starting the program. Just try your hardest to get in enough protein and carbs on your lifting days. You'll figure it out but be sure to thread ? if you need assistance. And Thanks for all your work overseas!

Just got the book in today and I'm going to start my workout tomorrow (monday Apr 23rd) I'm deployed in Afghanistan and I think the hardest part for me to keep up with will be the nutrition. There are only so many types of foods offered here. I'm going to do the best I can though! Lets do this!
