I am back under 200 lbs, so about 10 lbs over the last 4 weeks I have lost. Going to take a few pics at 4 weeks out this weekend for comparison. At 198.6 this am. WooHoo! 4 weeks from this Sunday is the big 40.

If you really don't want to stop your cardio, check ith your gym to see if it has hand cycle adaptation to the excercise bikes. If it isa reasonably wheelchair accesible gym it should. This is great cardio, and it changes it up a little, injusry or no injusry.

Man sorry about your foot. But you can take this time to tune in your diet to fat burning foods, and if you are able to do upper body w/o's, you could fire up a fat burning w/o by having little to no rest between execises and sets, like a circuit so to speak. Good luck with that foot.

Colerbear, it depends on your goal, and how long you have been lifting. The body gets use to w/o's so it is good idea to change up so the body stays confused. You could do both, just do one for 4-6 weeks, then swithc to the other. The whole principle behind that P90X is muscle confusion. Hope that helps.

Turns out I have a starined rotator cuff, or weak cuff in left shoulder. Some of the exercises I was doing, not good for it. So no overhead presses, upright rows, or shoulder raises lateral or front for time being. Did start back to chest , back, and legs, and can tell I was off for almost 3 weeks.
