So, what are the possibilities for why I'm seeing results?

My lifting is high reps, of heavy weight. And it's heavy weight with form, good form. I just can't figure out, if I'm so use to lifting heavy weight that it's not doing anything anymore. But I had taken about a 2-3 month break from lifting. So, I don't understand how it could be plateau. But at the same time, I don't understand how light weight will cause me to get bigger, if I'm capable of achieving so much weight at high reps with good form.

Hey everybody, I need some factual help here. I'm trying to gain some muscle mass, so that I can finally tone up. But I can't seem to put on any size at all. Even when I lift, my muscle tensity increases greatly, solid feeling, and the "effective" feeling. But it doesn't swell as much as it use too. And my muscle doesn't actually get any bigger than what it was before. And I'm eating like crazy.

I will be starting my cut (hopefully more of a recomp) in about a week! I hate cutting but I'm happy when I drop that fat!

One of my goals is to get my arms back. After a back injury 2 years ago I had to drop out of the gym. During that time I lost 2 inches off my arms. I have a buddy that had the most magnificant biceps. That perfect buldge like a softball. What is the best exercise to get that buldge?
