Detailed Goal

To constantly move fowards in our quest for fitness which means, doing everything in our grasp to become a healtier you meaning losing weight getting heart healthy and whatever personal goal you have set yourself. You get one body might as well tear it up be the best you can be.

Group Commitment

This group has a couple commitments, the first is loving what you do you cant workout and move towards your goals if you hate what your doing. Other then this stay committed hit the gym upload your progress to inspire other members and help out if u have good advice to one of our members give it up!

    Well i dont know where everyone went but i hope it means you guys are all hitting the gym!!! Schools out time for summer prep, opening up a training studio w the bro this week so if ur ever in CT come get ur ass kicked!

    good work jman mass building is all about eating and really hitting those weights pyramid style or atleast thats what worked for me. Are you trying to keep you bf% down while doing ur mass lifting?

    I'm home guys!!!!!!!. I took a week off and lost 5 punds it sucked but I'm at 10.3 % BF. I did it guys!!!! I finished my full body routine and now I'm back to split. I went up in lifting at least 20 lbs in a month. I hope everyone is doing great. BTW I need help! I want to gain mass now.

    less then a month till my 21st and i still cant work out cause of the collar bone might try some back and flys to test it next monday wish me luck everyone! everyone keep hittin those weights

    myself not so hot. being out of town 2 weeks home 1 and back on the road another 2 doesnt help. i need to put some metalica on the ipod and push my self much harder

    LOL, thanks for the pic comments guys. I wouldn't participate in anything with the name "Muscletech" in it, as I'm sure you know, their products are junk (and severly overpriced). As for Jman, I would also suggest that you do your cardio following weights (depleting your carbs on weight training, therefore burning only fat during cardio). Keep up the great work guys!
