Jul 26, 2009 6:17pm Once again, I apologize for my long absence from posting to the group. My Grandmother took ill again and we have finally got her stabilized with a different hospital, new doctors, new medications. I have a few follow-up appointments with her this week. We are being vigilant and proactive in her treatment.

Jul 9, 2009 6:36am Hello, gang, guess I'm the new kid on the block! I thought I was the only one around the Bodyspace site that didn't belong to a fancy gym. I look forward to checking out the videos and learning new approaches and sharing some of my own techniques.
