Bodyweight and Dumbells is a group designed to support Bodyspace Members with limited access to gym and/or exercise equipment in reaching their diet, health, and/or fitness goals.     Welcome Beach Boy! I apologize for my failure to welcome you properly! @Banged Up! Let me know what you are doing to work toward the planche push-ups! I vastly UNDERESTIMATED the training time. It has been well worth it as far as my body development.

    Once again, I apologize for my long absence from posting to the group. My Grandmother took ill again and we have finally got her stabilized with a different hospital, new doctors, new medications. I have a few follow-up appointments with her this week. We are being vigilant and proactive in her treatment.

    Group members, I do apologize for the lack of communication and for not posting videos as much as I should have. Things with Grandma have finally settled down. She received a surprisingly good report and is staying with my aunt until she gets stronger. Thank you guys for your support.

    Thanks GymMouse! She's out of the hospital and on the mend. She needs to regain the weight she lost while in the hospital, but overall she is doing well!
