Close to the same deal, i just have to roll out of bed earlier, when i dont, unfortunatly the cardio suffers.

Yeah, time can definitely be a showstopper. Sometimes I just want to do endless sets of different chest routines, but know that I have to be done, showered, and back at work within 90 minutes. When cardio time comes around in January, I'm going to have to start going after work again to fit it all in.

Just had one of those workouts where you feel amazing. Time was the only thing that stopped me. Sore as all now.

Just got married last month and went to Aruba for our honeymoon. Getting back into the routine at the gym again. Did BB + DB flat bench press today and some dips. Legs tomorrow.

Have seen a decent jump in size from the week off. Like you said definatly get a new burn, took a few for the endurance part of it to come back. Hope everyone elses workouts are going well.

I take a week off about every 6-8 weeks and I love the soreness upon returning. I have always seen a noticeable growth spurt after 3 weeks upon returning from a break. Hope you see the same!
