Nov 17, 2009 12:44pm Finally gained some weight, 3lbs. 176lbs now, heaviest I've ever been. Deadlifted 305 today! New personal best. One of my favorite exercises except for the fact that they scrape my shins all up.

Oct 22, 2009 12:24pm Yeah, time can definitely be a showstopper. Sometimes I just want to do endless sets of different chest routines, but know that I have to be done, showered, and back at work within 90 minutes. When cardio time comes around in January, I'm going to have to start going after work again to fit it all in.
