Seeing as it's fall, I've been giving attention to my shoulders in the way of the snatch/clean/press. I perform 2 sets of 5 after my bench presses on tuesdays. My shoulders are definitely growing in response to the exercise. Food for thought.

Startin' another phase this wed. all out brutal assault and I will be focusing on my delts. My chest and arms seem to respond much faster than my shoulders. I just can't seem to get that roundness. Last phase I was hittin' the rears by way of cable flys...taking off the handles and just holding the cable...seems to be helping...reps of 8 to 12 about 4 sets...getting a good burn... Any advice ...

narrow grip upright rows tend to hit ya traps more , wide grip will deff hit the side head of ya delts more ....

Upright rows, wide grip or narrow? Does anybody have opinions on which is better? I like the wide grip because of the extra burn I feel in the lats and erector spinae(sp?) Thoughts?

yo herm i will try that rear delt move today. the one with the pulleys i've tried but as far as machines go i like the reverse pec deck better than the cables as it makes it harder to recruit rhomboids and middle traps.
