    a good thing for the holidays is to keep track of what you eat in a journal, so that way you know how much you eat and how many calories are in it. It works for me anyway.

    My goals right now are coming very slowly and as far as the candy munchies not sure at the moment never really had that type of problem but I will sleep on it

    How's everyone doing on their goals? I am having a hard time controlling calories since I can't do cardio or legs right now. Add me to your friends list so we can help each other out. Anyone have tips on curbing the candy craving during halloween?

    I need to work a lot harder but with me working out outdoors now and it getting dark sooner and the rain we have been getting lately this has put a damper on lifting but there are still calisthenics.

    well as far as training on my end it will get better as soon as I start up again, I had planned on a good workout today but I don't think evening workouts are going to be an option for me I will start tomorrow morning and now that I have told you I have to keep it that way

    Think im back in the game. My last fight kinda got me motivated to get it together.. 27 sec. knockout, MMMM Tasty. Cannons blow s#*t up baby.. Give me feedback on my first pic upload, let me know what u think. N yeah i know im still fat but warn the world that the king is on the way back to his thrown.. PEACE.. Oh yeah, thanks for bein around guys, it really helps..
