Oct 31, 2009 12:30am a good thing for the holidays is to keep track of what you eat in a journal, so that way you know how much you eat and how many calories are in it. It works for me anyway.

Oct 12, 2009 7:13pm I need to work a lot harder but with me working out outdoors now and it getting dark sooner and the rain we have been getting lately this has put a damper on lifting but there are still calisthenics.

Sep 21, 2009 6:43pm well as far as training on my end it will get better as soon as I start up again, I had planned on a good workout today but I don't think evening workouts are going to be an option for me I will start tomorrow morning and now that I have told you I have to keep it that way
