I have never bulked before and I was wondering if you guys had any tips. I am 5 7 145 pounds to maintain that weight i need about 2700 cals a day. I eat 7 meals a day and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how many cals i should get and I only take whey should I switch to a gainer after workouts? If so any recommendations?

I do a Full Body Split lifting on Mon, Wed, and Fri. I plan on doing recovery/cardio on my off days but I slack on that. Nutrition is fairly healthy foods lean meats, brown rice, and good fats. I used to work out with the hopes of getting big but I didn't make much progress until I started keeping track of everything I ate.

I'm back! Just started back to lifting after a lengthy break. I am a Dad now. I created a profile for my boy so I can upload pics and such, more of a comical thing than anything else. His profile is "FreakFromBirth" http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/FreakFromBirth/
