This is a group for people that have bodyfat loss as their main fitness goal. It can be someone that has never worked out in their life or someone that is preparing for an upcoming competition.
Losing weight gets pretty difficult at times, but If we can all come together and share our knowledge and passion about fitness we can make it easier on eachother.
Group Commitment
"Every member of this group committed to..."
Everyone that joins "ByeByeBodyFat" should be willing to share their experience and knowledge to help everyone in the group get closer to their goals.

Sep 24, 2009 10:32am If you can see a differance then there is change. Those scale measurements are off sometimes. Use the mirror as a guide. And great progress for 3 weeks keep it up!

Sep 23, 2009 6:09pm I'm a newbie to this group, I have seen that I am increasing in size over the past 3 weeks and I feel somewhat better. I can see the difference in my stomach with losing fat but my scale shows BF % increasing - are calipers a better measure of BF %? I do hi-intensity cardio at least 5 days a week with weight sessions 3-4 days. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sep 10, 2009 9:13am svavarg.....great work! Congrats on the weight loss. bf is kinda screwy, it's all about consistency. Anyway stay the course and, like you've seen, good things will happen.

Sep 10, 2009 2:12am Well 15.4 pounds (7 kilos) gone this year, I'm happy it's gone,
I'm a little worried that my body fat % hasn't gone down at all (since I started measuring it), but it could be that I was measuring it incorrectly then....
Am going to wait for about a month and check it again.

Sep 9, 2009 8:54am Alright Klaar! That's what it's really about right? The scale can never be the end all be all or you'll drive yourself nuts. I tend to plateau every10 pounds, but I push through and make it through. Again that's awesome, go git it.

Sep 8, 2009 5:44pm Congrats BMI!
Happy day for me too! I have been stuck at a certain weight for what seems like months and avoiding checking my bodyfat in case it would be just as horrid. Big Shock! While I have been stuck at the weight my body fat has been melting off. down 4% since my weight got stuck in July. yes!
