Posted a few pics the first of the month, but you're right, Brian--sucking it up and posting a front and back shot would kick-my-butt. I'll see what I can do this week.

Hey Guys ... just poking around on your body space pages and other than myself, Digger and Manfred [myboysrock3], it does not appear at this point that there has been a lot of buy in on the deal about taking starting pics for the challenge. Realize it is not about what you look like now, but what you look like at the end of the challenge. So come on ... try and tie up that loose end this week, eh? Cool! Brian

Hey! I set up a forum to go along with the "Group" since there is not room for the usual exchanges that we have had to date: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=268587041#post268587041 Cool! Brian

No problem Dave ... just an idea. Got my new goal set: "Challenge #6: Greater overall definition and further body fat reduction. Keep the muscle and get down to 190 lbs [starting at 205 lbs]. Complete NASM CPT Course. Implement 'power' techniques in the course to increase strength." I have never been below 194, so I am looking to see if I can hang on the mass and shed more fat for some extreme looking abs and vascularity.

I'm not sure I want my progress pics in more places than they have to be :P. I'm planning on gaining strength this quarter, I think I'm going to do the mad cow 5x5 like I did 4th quarter 07. I'll post up specifics pretty soon when I work through my spreadsheet.

We be out of the starting blocks here guys ... got pic posted myself for the close of C5 and the start of C6 this morning and will peg down to some goals very shortly. If any one has any ideas about a "logo" - let me know. We could take turns with shifting each other's progress pics around [?].
