Jul 4, 2009 7:36am even on holidays we do work!! bench 240x10 250x10 260x6 230x10!!! 4 weeks ago started bulk and using c e l l u c ors extreme mass kitt im up 27 lbs!!!! and the bench 4 weeks ago was 225x8 215x8 205x10 200x10 as far as im concerned c e l l uc or is the bomb!!! start slowly cutting tommorow 170 and 5.5% bf here i come
