I'm not looking to get freaky big, but if you are, that's ok. I just want to focus on being lean and strong.

    What up everyone. off for the weekend, except Sunday, I'm going to do a little cardio. Back at the Gym bright and early Mon morning for some chest and abs. and GNC's gold card week is next week. anyone compare costs w/that and bb.com?

    major legs this morning. front squats rule! saw someone with 5's under their heels while they were squating today to, anybody with experience there? does it help?
