    Hi, well I joined then disappeared on you all, sorry about that. Moved house & was job searching. Want to introduce myself, tell you guys what Im up to open myself up for any feedback which I would appreciate & see if I can return the favour BEFORE 231lbs est 33%bf 38" trousers! CURRENTLY 187lbs 23%bf now wearing 34" trousers obviously still some way to go but Im pretty chuffed with that so far GOALS 15%bf max-ish PLAN Bulk/cut 3mths on/off. Just started cut

    Oh, wait. I was wrong. I've lost 5 pounds and 2% body fat. That's even better! Only 33 more pounds to get to my goal weight of 140. lol - so it may take me a year, but so what?!

    Just a quick post. My big challenge is to stay on top of my hypothyroidism, but when I can stay healthy I can make progress! Since May 11th I've dropped 3 pounds and 2% body fat. That may not sound like much, but when your thyroid isn't cooperating that's huge progress!

    2 weeks steady workouts. Now the moment of truth, I weigh in tomorrow morning. No matter the outcome honestly though because I have noticed an increase in energy and I can lift 20% more this week than the week before. So I know it will pay off eventually.

    Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I have always been a nerd, but I didn't take an office job till a few years ago. Since then I have put on about a hundred pounds, and now I'm workin my ass off to get rid of it once and for all. Good luck to everyone with their goals.
