We are a group of successful individuals in our respective careers, who dont really feel the myspace groupie set, but want to holla at folks on the same wa ...
We just want to develop a chill site forum in which folks can exchange progressive ideas for overall health. We have a strong constituency in the D.M.V area but any professional, articulate, confident, but still gangsta individual is welcomed to join.
We will focus on powerlifting coupled with cardio in order to build strong streamlined bodies. We will plan various local competitions/workouts on Military installations.

Mar 13, 2009 11:36am Training is okay on my end, but my progress has slowed down over the past month. I finally put my ego on the shelf, and posted my first progress pics. So, that should give me some extra motivation to get the job done in the gym this weekend.
