Group Description

We just want to develop a chill site forum in which folks can exchange progressive ideas for overall health. We have a strong constituency in the D.M.V area but any professional, articulate, confident, but still gangsta individual is welcomed to join.

Detailed Goal

    whats up Rage crew, it's been awhile, been bizzy with family stuff and work, but i'm balancing out now, keep up the hard work, and aint nothing wrong with letting some weights fell that rage!!

    Training is okay on my end, but my progress has slowed down over the past month. I finally put my ego on the shelf, and posted my first progress pics. So, that should give me some extra motivation to get the job done in the gym this weekend.
