Hi all. I was wondering if anyone had some info on the assistance bands used in crossfit. In particular I'm trying to find out how much assistance they give. Is it a certain percentage of your bodyweight depending on the color? Thanks.

Hope everyone is doing well here. I have taken a bit of time off of CF, but I am moving right now so I have been doing that as a WOD. I have to say crossfit moving is a lot more mental than physical...lol Cheers all, and keep working hard!

Hey there. Pretty new to BodySpace. I have been mixing in Crossfit training workouts for about a year now. Finding WODs that fit into my workout goals. I am looking forward to gaining motivation from this group, and providing any help/motivation I can - Train Hard!!

Been doing xfit in Central Florida for 3 weeks now. By far the most alternative, amazing, workouts I've ever been introduced to. I love the philosophy, the community, and most especially, the WoDs. I can't wait to see how far this is going to take me.

I think they named 'em pistols because you want to shoot yourself with one when you do them!
