Memorial Day Murph WOD, are you ready for this Hero WOD? http://memorialdaymurph.com/

A good warm up is the dynamic kind. Get your heart rate up a bit with a job, run, jumping jacks, or even burpees, then hit the floor with some "Inchworms" and "HMD" (short for Hip Mobility Drill). That should get you on track to loosen the hips and legs a bit before any workout. Hope this helps!

spffirefighter, I've been certified for about a year now. If you're a CrossFitter who's been doing this a while, then it's really a walk in the park. They go over the different points-of-performance for each of the movements, they go over the sickness-wellness curve and other principle CrossFit philosophies. The test isn't the worst thing I've taken, but it's not terribly difficult to fail it, especially if you've been doing this for some time. Good luck :)

To all Crossfitters and all who have served Happy Veterans Day! I need advice on what kind of dieting I should be doing. I of course want to make gains in strength and stamina for WOD's but I also need to lose bodyfat. Anyone who can help me please send me a message. Thank you.
