You must workout a minimum of 4 days a week, max it out to 7 if you want but you have to get your cardio in and weight training within those days. Watch your diet and stay on it (whatever IT may be).     I'm planning on losing the fat, putting on muscle, and going to at least make an attempt at modeling. That way I have no regrets, and I can say that I at least tried. You dare me?
