With the economy in disarray, especially in SE MI, we need an outlet to stay both physically and mentally strong!

2. We are all Detroiters either Detroit proper, the "burbs" or from across Michigan.
Support each other with both training and diet support so that we can achieve the best physiques possible.

Yesterday, 7:52am I've come in second place for two excellent job opportunities to get me back to work so I can say that the iron has kept my sanity in check. Hopefully 2010 bring better economic times here in MI and across the country. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone! -Jeff

Hey IF, I hit back and traps this morning and they are feeling good right now. I've added 9 lbs of lean mass in 12 week time so I am happy with that. Let's see if I can add another 9 before Jan 1. -Jeff

Results happen weather you train or not but if you want the positive results get ur asses to the gym and do work.
