DO ONE MORE

“When your body tells you, you have to quit, you can't take no more, you're finished for today...you tell your body to "SHUT UP! I have work to do". And you DO ONE MORE. That 'one more' will make all the difference.”

Have any of you ever eaten Ezekial bread? I finally broke down and spent the $5 for a loaf. It is fantastic and so good for you! Basically, for those of you that don't know, the bread is milled with the same ingredients as is stated in the Bible in Ezekial 4:9. Full of nutrients and whole grains, it's a great alternative to regular bread. I have a piece for breakfast every morning with natural peanut butter. Try some!

Thanks Lex. I actually did do the sumo squats with them. You'd be surprised how creative you can get when you have no choice but using your imagination. Glad to report that the wife is doing much better. She got a new brace, is up and around again, and I'm back in the gym. Thank God! Didn't realize how much I missed it.

Hey Gavin. Sorry to hear about whats been giong on. Hope your wife gets back on her feet soon. Well I know with three kids you're definately getting your cardio. As for the sandbags, you might want to try squats (Sumo Style), some overhead presses, and maybe curls. Anything to get a pump going. Good Luck!!

Ok folks. I'm in week 2 of no gym time. I'm considering switching to a 24 hr so I can try and work out when I can. Right now I'm doing the home workout thing. Mostly consisting of pushups, pullups and lifting whatever I can find that's heavy. I live in Louisiana so I always have sandbags at the ready. Those bastards are heavy! I'm doing as much as can when I can. We'll see if there are any results this weekend. Should have new pics next week.

What's up all? Man are my nerves and determination being tested. First I'm away on business for 5 days, then I come home and my wife shatters her kneecap so she's out of commission for 2 mths. I struggled in San Antonio but was able to maintain my weight during the trip and able to workout each day. Now this with the wife. I'm not able to go to gym because I'm taking care of our 3 kids by myself. I'm exhausted. Pray for me y'all!

Time to report – Jul 15, 2009 DAY 30 OF 75 - BEFORE & AFTER 30 DAYS Up loaded new pictures… Guess the main picture where a difference is noticeable is: BEFORE & AFTER 30 DAYS 2009-07-15 Side - 218 Lbs - Bodyfat 37.4% I am confused... I dropped 9 Lbs but I went up 1% Bodyfat… Is this the way Keto nutrition works like? I WANT MY TRANSFORMATION —VERY ENERGETECALY— and many times I wish it would happen much marked and much faster!

 Looked this forum: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=231657&highlight=calories+day & downloaded the BMR Excel calculator. The formula is good. Also this article: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/leah1.htm Yes, I am consuming bulking calories amount daily. Tonight I will plan the week on around 2000 calories daily, the majority out of Protein as I am on high protein, moderate fat, very low-carb diet.
