    i have been trying the clean eating for just over three weeks or so now with a great workout routine. i have dropped to 201, first time in 22 yrs and i now fit comfortably into a size 36 pants, first time in 25 yrs. i say it is going well and will be an ongoing thing. it is all a matter of the mind ppl

    Currently I am in Iraq and there is an abundance of junk food!!! I try so hard to stay away but i seriously need help with ignoring the foods I know I don't need!! Also a little guidence on foods i should be eating would be great also...I have always ate anything and everything but after my first child that just isn't working anymore!!

    what the heck is clean eating?!?! seriously! i eat ckn or fish. no butter just seasoning. i dnt eat sweets but i seem to see NO improvement!!! this is frustrating.

    following new routine and cleaner eating for 7 full days and dropped 9 lbs so far and i feel great yet...loving the new change in attitude and how i feel

    Today is the first day of my new routines and diet changes. Looking forward to seeing the results in the weeks to come. I hope that with the help of this group and the information I can learn I will be reaching my goals a lot faster
