1. Nuts
2. Strawberries
3. Chicken Breast
4. Asparagus
5. Spinach
6. Turkey
7. Nuts (cashews)
8. Salad with the works (tomatoes, cukes, banana peppers, etc) with a fat free dressing.
9. Eggs
10. Apples
These are in no particular order.

Mar 20, 2009 5:43am Good morning everyone! I am new to this group,and I have a question on sugarlose. I am crurently taking two supplements containg sugarlose: a whey powder and a vanilla soy powder. Should I avoid products with sugarlose? Thanks!!!!!!!!

Mar 10, 2009 1:14am those sound more like meals. =) here are my top ten favorite healthy, yet tasty, foods as of right now: 10 - Asparagus, 9 - Sun Chips, Roasted Sweet Chili, 8 - Vanilla Bean Almonds, 7 - Strawberries, 6 - Kashi Go Lean Crunch, 5 - Meatloaf, 4 - California Peach, 3 - Blue Bunny Fat Free, Sugar Free Ice Cream, 2 - Beef Tenderloin. And my number 1 favorite healthy, yet tasty, food is Homemade Waffles.

Protein Shake made with Vanilla Soy Milk, Frozen Strawberries, Banana, L-glutamine, and Creatine Monohydrate...5. Tuna Fish

Feb 10, 2009 10:54am This is a topic which can go back and forth very easily. I think the bottom line is that you enjoy the "healthy" foods you eat. Nothing worst than forcing food down just because it's good for you. YES! Kashi and yogurt. I like the Go Lean Crunch and the Mountain Medley. And yes the Go Lean Crunch is the better of the two from a nutrition stand point but I like the Medley (trail mix) straight up as a snack. It might be interesting if members post their top ten favorite foods and compare notes.
