May 23, 2009 1:13pm Shoop, you might not be sacrificing much but canned vegies normally have added preservatives. Those would include added sugar and salt. Sugar can and will turn into fat in the long run if you don't burn it. I highly suggest you buy frozen vegetables if your afraid of losing them. Since frozen vegies don't have added sugars in them. They might not be as fresh as regular vegies but they sure taste great and taste wise it's almost identical as the one in the counters.

May 21, 2009 3:57pm Ok everyone, If someone already asked this question, I apologize for the reapeat.
Fresh vegetables are much more costly, it seems, than those that are canned. I can bust out some vegetables straight from the can anytime. The question is, am i really sacrificing any of the goodies that come with vegetables because they have been canned?? Thanks guys and gals, and best of luck to you all!

May 10, 2009 10:25pm Hey everyone, I have been working for a while and I've been told recently that my nutrition isn't adequate. My goal is to gain muscle mass. I take two protein shakes a day and I also starting to believe that I'm in need of serious help. You can check out my blog as well. Thanks for keeping an eye out for me.

Apr 28, 2009 9:00pm a good start is to work on your post workout meal. This is the most important. make sure you get in carbs and proteins. Once you get this down your progress should come a lot quicker

Apr 28, 2009 1:56pm My goals for the next 12 months is to formulate a menu I can follow to lose weight. After I reach my goal weight I want to keep it there with both exercise and a life long eating plan. There is so much information out there that everything contradicts it self; making it very hard to understand what to actually eat.

Apr 15, 2009 9:12pm I am trying to put a life long eating plan together. After reading many books, long searches on the internet, talking to all types of people. I have come to the conclusion that I just don't know what I need to know. After finding the site I can see many have transformed so there must be something here. I would love to be pointed in the right directions.
