I am so excited to have found this way of life! I always worked out but not consistently and my diet was CRAP!!! I am SURE there are others out there who ...
For those of us ladies (and our male supporters!) who want to be in the best shape of their life! To feel good, look hot and defy both age and gravity!
Getting in shape is hard. Staying there is even harder! I have been up and down and finally found what works for me... I want to share that with the other ladies out there who want to stop the battle and WIN the fight against FAT! HOW??? Motivate, share, work hard, execute.... Planning is easy, executing is the hard part!

Nov 17, 2009 2:12pm Hello girls! Just checking in, I joined this BG a while back but really fell off the wagon in terms of my health in general. I am ready to get back into the swing of things, hoping to lose 20 lbs and really get back involved in health and fitness!

Jul 9, 2009 2:10pm Hello Ladies....Had a quick question.....I am looking to lean and tone and sculpt rather than pack on muscle...and I am doing the Weight Watchers point system to lose fat, but am using the "cheat points" for pure protein. Anyone else know effective ways to obtain the lean muscle/sculpted toning goal?
Also, if you have any ideas on great supplement that are safe and have served you well, please feel free to mention! Thanks so much!

Jun 5, 2009 11:48am try visualizing your goals, remind yourself of a deadline, remember what a good thing you are doing for your body... that stuff usually works for me unless i am just physically beat. then sleep wins. lol!

Jun 3, 2009 10:57pm To: strawberrysky, Do you listen to music when you workout? Do you have an MP3? For me is hard to stop, once I get started, I listen to my fave music and once I get started I lose track of time! The music keeps me going! Also, keep in mind the end result! Stay focused! Good luck!
