Hello girls! Just checking in, I joined this BG a while back but really fell off the wagon in terms of my health in general. I am ready to get back into the swing of things, hoping to lose 20 lbs and really get back involved in health and fitness!

Does anyone know who the oldest woman to enter fitness competitions was? How do you go about doing that? In Philly.

Hello Ladies....Had a quick question.....I am looking to lean and tone and sculpt rather than pack on muscle...and I am doing the Weight Watchers point system to lose fat, but am using the "cheat points" for pure protein. Anyone else know effective ways to obtain the lean muscle/sculpted toning goal? Also, if you have any ideas on great supplement that are safe and have served you well, please feel free to mention! Thanks so much! Erina

try visualizing your goals, remind yourself of a deadline, remember what a good thing you are doing for your body... that stuff usually works for me unless i am just physically beat. then sleep wins. lol!

To: strawberrysky, Do you listen to music when you workout? Do you have an MP3? For me is hard to stop, once I get started, I listen to my fave music and once I get started I lose track of time! The music keeps me going! Also, keep in mind the end result! Stay focused! Good luck!
