    I understand the good part is that you do get back on your program on Monday so eventually you will be on it all the time with a cheat day only.

    charris04, I can relate. It sounds like you're getting right back up again though. That's better than letting yourself spiral out of control completely ... which is what I have done. It's all a state of mind. And my mind isn't following orders. Ugh!

    Hi everyone. I am sooo frustrated with myself. I am so committed to diet & exercise during the week and keep my commitment for exercise on the weekends but let my diet go to crap on the weekends! UGHHH!! every monday morning i am so disappointed in myself :(

    Hi Janajan et al. About losing breast size/bra size. So far I've gone from a 44 D to a 38 C. I go down some more since I'm still far from goal. I feel fortunate to be losing inches everywhere so I'm pleased with the downsizing. It also helps fitting into standard blouses/tops. That's my experience.
