i'm on a diet to lean out until 1st of Jan. Since 4 weeks i'm at 1400-1600 kcal per day. P/C/F = 40/40/20 i think i hit a plateau, my weight is not going down. is there anyone who experienced the same and know how to overcome this plateu and boost the fatburning process again?

Hello everyone! I just joined the group today. I am so thrilled to have found this group that focuses on women wanting to compete. I worked out through out my pregnancy and had an amazing delivery. 1 month after the baby was born I started working back out even harder like I did pre-baby. I want to compete in the end of 2010. I am interested in learning as much as I can!! Good Luck ladies!

Hello ladies! I just joined this group today, and just signed up yesterday--sorry that I don't have a picture yet! I'm training for my first competition that is in six weeks. Would love to hear some tips and advice from those that have done this before...or those that are on the same road. I've just started my training; today is day one. I know it's last minute--but that's the kinda girl I am! Can't wait to talk to you all and hear your stories!

I am so glad this group was created! I am trying for the second time to train for a figure comp. The first time my head was not completely in it but this time around everything has been divinely set and I am ready to win!

Hi everyone! I have tried training for a figure comp. 3 times now but the 1st two times I got pregnant within 2-3 weeks of training. I had my daughter 2 weeks ago so I started my nutrition plan the day I got home from the hospital and I started lifting this week. The figure show I am training for is one at the end of May. I could use all the help and advice I can get.

HI! I just joined the group and think it is great to have an online community of people for tips, tricks and support during competition training. I am currently 5 weeks out from the North Americans. I feel great about the way my body is looking! However, to get there I have an very strict diet and lots of cardio. I feel like I am moving in slow motion some days! Ughhh. Oh well I know from my past shows that it is all worth it to step on that stage and bring home a bronzed lady!

Okay ladies, lets start chatting! I had my last cheat/carb up meal today, found out that I respond very quickly to sugar! My veins and arteries were dilating right in front of my eyes while I was eating fruit and chocolate crepes this morning! My husband was watching me and called me the hulk because I was turning green because my veins were so visible! Tomorrow I have to do Hot yoga then 90 min of stairmaster in saran wrap!
