Well, just wanted to let everyone know I competed in the Firefighter Combat Challenge last month. I received first out of six female competitors with a time of 3:22. That qualifies me for the Worlds in Nov which is held in Las Vegas. Unfortunately I have all ready committed myself to competing in a different competition at that time.

Looking for help! Hurt my back at a fire a while ago, and my dead lifting has really suffered. Can't get passed 100lbs without pain or days of pain. My regular workouts are ok.. Squats are good, it's just the damn dead lifts. Any suggestions?

Yesterday it took all I had to get to the gym but I did it. The difference between us and them is the battle in our minds. Most people struggle to get going and they quit! We NEVER quit, we win the battle in our mind long before we fight. Firefighters keep fighting and kill the beast!

My brothers and sisters hope all is well. Lets get out there and be the example!! Let's eat clean and workout hard. Let's show them a BETTER way of living. I have had TWO brothers in the last two weeks get taken OUT of combat due to heart problems. This has to change TODAY.
