    My baby girl is 7 weeks now.. I have started my workouts again and has it been challenging but at the same time feels good to be getting back to the swing of things ! Lets go Mommies !

    I'm wanting to give a fat burner a try. What is a good one to take that will not leave you feeling jittery. I'm not sensitive to caffeine, but I am to a bunch of synthetic ingredients.

    ok Ladys, I have a question. Im reading all this about protein, and in order to loose bf you need the right amount of Pro. Then I read Pro shakes are like food to make sure you get the right amount of Pro for each day. Im not a real big meat eater, so is it possible to substitue the Pro shakes in place of meat???

    Question: Spinning - good for shrinking the thighs, as in burning fat? I've been sculpting a lot of muscle and toning up (less jiggly) but now have 24" thighs - wow
