I'm wanting to give a fat burner a try. What is a good one to take that will not leave you feeling jittery. I'm not sensitive to caffeine, but I am to a bunch of synthetic ingredients.

ok Ladys, I have a question. Im reading all this about protein, and in order to loose bf you need the right amount of Pro. Then I read Pro shakes are like food to make sure you get the right amount of Pro for each day. Im not a real big meat eater, so is it possible to substitue the Pro shakes in place of meat???

Question: Spinning - good for shrinking the thighs, as in burning fat? I've been sculpting a lot of muscle and toning up (less jiggly) but now have 24" thighs - wow

I was reading back a few posts and people were posting about hydroxy-cut...my husband and I had this discussion a while back and decided that if taken correctly, it would be fine to take. It is those who take weight loss supplements but do not change their diet or exercise...if you are taking hydroxy cut and still going out every night drinking and eating a fatty, unbalanced diet...you are sure to have some issues!! I would think it safe to use for a short period of time if used correctly.
