DEBUNK FITNESS AND NUTRITION MYTHS!
Group Description
The Place for people to check out my Fitness and Nutrition Tips. I am a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a Certified Sports Nutritionist. I also hold a degree in Exercise Physiology. Questions are welcome.
My goals is to spread knowledge of healthy exercise and eating, and offer a great place for the novice and expert to get great fitness info.

Jan 20, 2009 10:56am In order to focus on the Trapezius I (upper), dumbbells will be most effective, because the dumbell can be place next to the body. This is necessary in order to allow the Trap to perform proper line of pull through scapular elevation and upward rotation. Using a bar is more effective for a portion of Trap slighty lower on the back.
