The one time I did make it to the gym, I pulled a neck muscle really bad. Today I started my return. I want to drop about 20 lbs before christmas. I think I can make it happen. I need to stay focused and eat right. We will see. Hope to hear from you guys soon. I hope everyone is well.

I was on a goo pace, then my landscaping really kicked up, which is good financially, but bad health wise. I didn't have time to cook and Wendy's was my best friend. Needless to say I have not made it to the gym but once since August. Worst of all, I gained a lot of weight, Im at 280 lbs right now.

It is tough Cap, lil tricks my friend, every once in a blue moon like today I'll drink a diet soda, or at the gym whenever I'm about to fall down from an exhausting set, pop in some gum. It really is the lil things honestly that will get u by. Caffeine tablets help as well with the morning cardio in the wee hours...
