Aug 11, 2009 9:39pm Does anyone have any advise on not eating any carbs at night before bed? I try the cottage cheese and yoguart thing but that does have carbs in it. I'm looking for a protein source at night that can help me sleep with out carbs? I've tried stright protein shakes and it doesn't work well for me.

May 16, 2009 12:54am Hi Baby, I use to be a tanning fiend however now I only spray tan (because I am afraid of wrinkles! lol) If you want a natural tan the best way to get one is to apply low SPF sunscreen and go out in the early morning (before it is too hot). The sun will give you a slow, deep tan and you will not burn. I recommend faking the tan with a good spray application though. Anything with chocolate/bronze tones are good (stay away from anything with orange tones like Mystic Tan)

May 6, 2009 7:28pm Hi Baby - I always find it hard to work out at night because I am wrecked by the end of the day! Instead of having a big meal before bed, trying having some low fat natural yoghurt or cottage cheese - this keeps the aminos in your body all night so you shouldn't get too hungry later on.
