May 26, 2009 9:25pm Im new to bodybuilding.com just wanted to introduce myself. If i can help in any way please let me know. I also have been going really low on carb intake as well and it works for me when im in the gym i do 30 minutes of cardio and then hit the weight really hard!!!!

Apr 24, 2009 6:10pm yea i hear you guys, i cant seem to break some muscle too. There's a little definition showing, but not motivating enough. I still work as hard as i did, but i would like more results.

Apr 8, 2009 5:00pm Ive hit a plateau, I started at 235 roughly 2 months ago and busted tale and started losing weight really fast. For the last 2 weeks I havent seen any new results in the mirror(or the scale). Im up to 5 days a week for 2 weeks now, weights and cardio and its like my body stalled.
