Oct 19, 2009 10:52pm def work sprints into your running routine as well as explosive exercises like box jumps. I used to harness my truck around my shoulders and sprint down the street, and that always helped too.

Sep 23, 2009 4:39pm I need help improving my speed, I've gained over 30 PBS of muscle but slower now, any speed exercises I should do? I'm 6' 195 10percent BF, if I ply semi pro ball can I still play small college ball

Aug 25, 2009 1:42pm i do all that stuff at physical therapy...ice, steam, ultra sound, light therapy, massage and all the workouts they have me do. i was thinking about doing acupuncture idk how much that would help though.

Aug 24, 2009 12:34am so i tore my hamstring 2 weeks ago breaking on a ball during practice. it popped and started to burn pretty bad. went to the doctors and he said it was a moderate muscle tear(muslce to muscle tear not tendon)and said it will take 3 weeks to heal. i'm going to physical therapy 2 times a day 5 days a week. i'm icing all the time and putting DMSO on it. if any of u has had luck w/ any alternative medicine for healing a muscle tear let me know please

Aug 13, 2009 10:22am personaly because ive been defensive end my whole life.... blind siding the qb destroying him and pikin up the fumble i nearly exploded with adrenaline. My favorite thing tho is on offense when the rb has the ball way downfeild so you see some guy d guy givin up on the play and give him a deadly but legal hit i always got yelled at by the refs for that ****
