So after taking last summer off I'm planning on playing semi-pro again next summer. Only I'm thinking being a defensive tackle isn't going to cut it anymore. Down to 210ish from about 335. Was thinking about swithing to running back, any ideas on drills I could work on to make the switch easier?

def work sprints into your running routine as well as explosive exercises like box jumps. I used to harness my truck around my shoulders and sprint down the street, and that always helped too.

That's brutal. Are you getting stim on it? That has been known to promote muscle healing....

so i tore my hamstring 2 weeks ago breaking on a ball during practice. it popped and started to burn pretty bad. went to the doctors and he said it was a moderate muscle tear(muslce to muscle tear not tendon)and said it will take 3 weeks to heal. i'm going to physical therapy 2 times a day 5 days a week. i'm icing all the time and putting DMSO on it. if any of u has had luck w/ any alternative medicine for healing a muscle tear let me know please
