def work sprints into your running routine as well as explosive exercises like box jumps. I used to harness my truck around my shoulders and sprint down the street, and that always helped too.

That's brutal. Are you getting stim on it? That has been known to promote muscle healing....

so i tore my hamstring 2 weeks ago breaking on a ball during practice. it popped and started to burn pretty bad. went to the doctors and he said it was a moderate muscle tear(muslce to muscle tear not tendon)and said it will take 3 weeks to heal. i'm going to physical therapy 2 times a day 5 days a week. i'm icing all the time and putting DMSO on it. if any of u has had luck w/ any alternative medicine for healing a muscle tear let me know please

personaly because ive been defensive end my whole life.... blind siding the qb destroying him and pikin up the fumble i nearly exploded with adrenaline. My favorite thing tho is on offense when the rb has the ball way downfeild so you see some guy d guy givin up on the play and give him a deadly but legal hit i always got yelled at by the refs for that ****
