Thanks to Wind Dancer for inviting me to this group. I'm 46 and started this journey five months ago. I would appreciate any and all advice, pic evals, etc. No easy access to gym...so I have made gains to this point with set of 25 lb. dumbells and a regiment of workouts that ususally look like: 60 push-ups daily, 20-30 chin-ups, and 40 sit-ups, and running 1/2 to 1 mile avg. 3 times a week. Thanks in advance for your insights.

Just got back from the gym, chest and tri's. I warmed up w/ abs then warmed up chest. Did 5 sets in inclines and between sets I was running on the treadmill (I kept it going and just jumped on and off as needed. Then did declines and flat dumbbell presses and all in between on the treadmill. Makes you work out fast instead of just sitting on the bench between sets day dreaming or talking. Then supersetter cable crossover and dips. Blasted tri's.
