Hi everyone. New member here. Hit my short term goal a few weeks ago. Formulating a long-term plan for fitness as my current regime is a little too intense to execute 365 days a year. Medium term, I'm looking to put on about ten pounds and maintain 8 point something body fat by Christmas. Less than 8 something and my face tends to get a little haggard looking, so I'm seeking a decent balance. So that's where I'm at now.

define your goal.... size, weight, or body fat? What's more important? How much you can bench or how good you look? Only you can answer that, then tailor a plan to go down that road.

Hello everyone, I am new to the group and wanted to introduce myself. I have been lifting for several years and never had a problem with size but I have always struggled with weight. I have lost 60 lbs over the past 6 months but I have lost some strenth in my bench. I want to lean down and stay lean -- under 10%. Is this realistic? When should I attempt to regain some size and strenth. After getting below a certain body fat level?

Just wanted to stop in and say hello to the group members. My goals are to drop some weight, and increase my overall health. I have been going at it since October 2009 this last time around. Currently I am on the second week of an HST program and I hit a Spin class three times a week for cardio. Diet is ok, I know it could be better but this is a lifestyle change and something I can live with.

Hey Doug, Vassive is good stuff. Used it before with very good result. Reasonably priced as well, compared to other brands. Hey "spa" try Slimquick Extreme. I 've gotten lots of good feed back from the product.
