I started this group to help motivate others and myself!

Group Description

We are a group of steel pushing, supplement taking, deadlifting animals that want nothing more than to own every gym we walk in to. We love the stares people give us because we are FREAKS! We want to be the biggest and the best so if you want to shred up this is not for you. We are looking for only the purest of the steel dogs!

We all fall short of a goal from time to time but by seeing how others overcame their obstacles we will be the biggest and the best.

Everyone must be willing to push themselves everyday. No whiners or complainers. I want you to tell us if you had such a great deadlift workout that you puked. Not that you puked because you ate some bad sushi. I want animals.

    so you guys have a clear knowledge of me I am 25. I was a personal trainer for about 3 1/2 years and have been lifting for about 13 years. I love to study the muscles of the human body, and everything I do depends on how it could effect my body. Oh yeah and I have been a marine for the last 4 1/2 years. I am always up for learning new things on weight lifting so feel free to chime in, at anytime. Just don't pick a fight.

    Hey guys I'm new to the group0 just wanted to say hi. I am a CPL in the marines, have been training for 12 years and was a Personal Trainer for 3. Anyway Whats Up.

    Just a quick update, my training is going right along schedule. Weights and intensity are moving upward. Still a little pain in the repaired shoulder, but I am keep it and myself in check...

    what's going on gents? give ya'll a heads up, i have now deployed aboard the USS Boxer heading to do my part. Did a killer back workout last night on the ship, nothing like doing deadlifts with the ship rocking. makes the weight fill twice as heavy when it rocks to one side-makes for some fun workouts

    Whats goin on team, things here are goin good but slow and frustrating. My strength and endurance has really taking a hit since my suirgery, I will power thru and get it back...trust me on that

    Good morning all! I had a killer shoulder workout yesterday! If you go to my workout page I have updated the exercises I did and my diet for the day! I also included some pics! Hope to hear from you soon. Till then Keep pushing that steel!
