I cant give you a one word answer. If you eat well, train hard and do cardio, it will give you a lean, muscular physique. It all comes down to consistency and time. The more you put in to it, the more you will get out of it. You have to be more specific, with your calories, once you know exactly what is going in, you can manipulate it easier

Trying to build some more lean muscle and gain strength. I think I have momentarily hit a plateau with my deadlifts. Any one have any suggestions to overcome the plateau ? I really want to concentrate on growing the back.

Just working on gaining strength and lean muscle at the moment. Considering competing after I finish my studies. I'm concentrating on gaining strength with my deadlifts. Any thing I can do get thru the plateau and lift heavier?
