I get contacted alot on this website from people asking different questions, so i thought i would put it out there. I have been training for around 10 year ...
Am a amateur bodybuilder who wants to help assist others in training/ nutrition tips. I will be uploading some trainiing footage shortly so you can see from the comfort of yor home what it takes to build/ sculpt muscle.
I am here to help/ motivate others to achieve there goals, what ever they maybe.
I will be uploading training footage, abit like a pro training dvd , seperating my body parts over a 4 day period.

Jun 10, 2009 10:36am I cant give you a one word answer. If you eat well, train hard and do cardio, it will give you a lean, muscular physique.
It all comes down to consistency and time. The more you put in to it, the more you will get out of it.
You have to be more specific, with your calories, once you know exactly what is going in, you can manipulate it easier

Jun 1, 2009 4:53am Trying to build some more lean muscle and gain strength. I think I have momentarily hit a plateau with my deadlifts. Any one have any suggestions to overcome the plateau ? I really want to concentrate on growing the back.
