My workout schedule includes a rotation different exercises that I do about once a week each depending on soreness. This includes: stiff-legged deadlift (for my back), squats, dumbbell bench press, dumbbell overhead press, shrugs, curls (reversed and normal grip), dumbbell tricep extensions, calf raises, reversed calf raises, lat pulldown, cable rows, upright rows. I will start working on my abs after I lose some fat. I use this site for reference http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

I did deadlifts and reversed calf raises last night. My back is sore now. My chest, biceps, triceps are still sore from earlier workouts this week. I may do shrugs today.
