    Hi everyone. I took the overall title at our WPF Provincials over the weekend. Pics are up. You can have a look and let me know what you think. I weighed in rock hard at 224.4lbs.

    Hi Everyone! My first show went great. I won the Heavyweight line-up and qualified to go to the IFBB South African Champs. I decided not to peak at this show or to come in so hard. Because of that I sacrificed the Overall Title. I want to peak at SA's and take the Overall Title there. Current weight - 241.34lbs. Competition pics are up. Check them out and let me know what you think. Fun and games will start know. I will be dropping another 8.8 to 11lbs %1.5% bodyfat.

    Hy. I my workout skeduler is 4 days/week Back + biceps, Leggs, Chest+Triceps, Shoulders+Abs. I want you to give me some advices about how many exercices and series to do to put some musle. My doctor told me not to work with too heavy weights
