Today, 5:40am X Stretch out of the way this morning.Diet close Yesterday kinda over did it on the Halibit,But almost pure protein so not bad.Gotta keep brining it.My family,friends Patients and most of all Me deserve it.Have a great & Blessed Sunday today.Jmorris4

Yesterday, 6:43am plyometric cardio ckt 2day! Man,kenpox really works my sides ! gotem sore from my shoulders 2 my hips! remember :twist on the punches ,hit with hip & Body 4 X like results!

Yesterday, 5:20am Back on track with diet.Did Kenpo X this morning wearing a Heavy duty Sauna suit.Sweated like crazy.Trying to finish phase 2 strong only 4 days left.Have a great day team.

Nov 27, 2009 3:17pm Diet not good yesterday but not bad.Did Core Synergetics and it kicked my Rear something bad.Of all the workouts on P90X this one kills me.Got it done.

Nov 27, 2009 7:20am Did KenpoX 2DAy .I really focus on the twist on my core during the punches . It is an awesome off day routine 4 me 2 slip in . it really gets my sides and worked out like noting else! It also seems 2 be great after a hard back/chest routine 2 loosen everything back up!
