Jul 9, 2009 10:54pm hi everyone, I am as new as they come to 'bodybuilding', i used to play several sports, but was never really fit. I read the posts on the message board about short high interval training being the most effective way to burn fat. There is a book i read called Body By Science by Doug McGuff, it helped me understand more about the science behind building muscle and burning fat. you will be surprised. Chrissy has helped a great deal :)

Apr 13, 2009 8:19am Hope everyone had a great Easter. I went to church and spent the rest of the day with family and friends. Snuck in a few cheats but back on the clean eating schedule today. Gonna pack it on the shoulders today. Will hit P90X abs core plus later tonight. Hope you guys are doing great today. Lets get better today spiritually and physically. God Bless.

Apr 1, 2009 7:54am Chrissy!!! Check out my new progress pic - my abs!!! This interval training is shedding my fat and my muscle definition is finally starting to show!! I'm 45 yrs old!! I'm so proud of myself!!THis body group is SO encouraging..I love it!! Thank you!!

Mar 31, 2009 2:45pm It is a great name..I love it!! Losing body fat is very hard for me too. From what I understand, alot of it is nutrition, so you're on the right track anyway. When I started mine was at 24%!! thats terrible!!! now it's 20.7!! The past 3wks I've started interval workouts and I think that is a great part of the fat loss too, I can feel it in the way my clothes fit!!.
